All sales are final. Due to the personalized and/or handcrafted nature of our products, Designed Shenanigans maintains a strict No Refunds, No Returns, and No Exchanges policy.
By completing a purchase through this website, you (“the customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable Purchases:
All items are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, order errors, or changes of mind. -
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing at designedshenanigans@gmail.com within three (3) business days of delivery. Your notice must include:-
A detailed description of the issue

Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Proof of purchase

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether an item is eligible for replacement or store credit based on the evidence provided.

Incorrect Orders:
In the rare event you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within three (3) business days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, which may include a replacement or partial store credit, at our sole discretion. -
Chargebacks and Disputes:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of this policy and may be subject to legal action.
