Thank you for supporting Designed Shenanigans! Below is our official Shipping Policy to help set expectations regarding processing and delivery.
Processing Time
All items are handmade or custom-designed. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended slightly.
If your order includes a custom item, processing times may vary depending on the level of detail required. We will contact you if additional time is needed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
We primarily use USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3-10 Business Days

Express Shipping: 2-5 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays once an item has been handed over to the carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Local Pickup/Delivery
If you are local and prefer to pick up your order, please choose the Local Pickup option at checkout (if available), and we will contact you when your order is ready.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Designed Shenanigans is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and product.
We will do our best to help resolve any shipping-related issues but recommend contacting the shipping carrier for lost or delayed items.
